“JEFF IS AN INSPIRATION TO ALL THE GUYS IN THE SHOP, BUILDING A TRUE “TEAM”. THEY RESPECT HIM, HE WORKS SIDE BY SIDE WITH ALL OF THEM, LOADING TRUCKS, RUNNING MACHINES, UNLOADING TRUCKS, EVEN CLEANING BATHROOMS; HE NEVER ASKS THEM TO DO ANYTHING HE DOESN’T. CUSTOMERS LOVE HIM, HE TAKES TIME TO MAKE EVERY ONE OF THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT; SOME EVEN BRING HIM AND THE GUYS GIFTS! JEFF IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP; HE STAYS LATE & COMES IN EARLY IF NEEDED. HE WAS ON VACATION AND STILL CAME IN TO FIX THE MBI MACHINE. HE’S A VERY HARD WORKER AND MAKES SURE EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED CORRECTLY & EFFICIENTLY ALL WHILE ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND WAYS TO SAVE GIC MONEY. JEFF IS AN ASSET TO GIC WITH HIS ETHICS AND MOTIVATION TO GET THINGS DONE. THE MAN DOESN’T STOP WORKING. HE MAKES SURE THE MACHINES ARE RUNNING EFFICIENTLY AND MATERIALS ARE ROLLED AND PACKAGED IMMEDIATELY AND THEN CONFIRMS THE LABELS MATCH THE PRODUCTS ROLLED. HE THEN DOUBLE CHECKS AND CONFIRMS THE TRUCKS ARE LOADED ACCURATELY. HE IS A HUGE VALUE TO GIC AND HELPS THE ENTIRE BRANCH THRIVE.”
