“GORDEN IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT A GREAT MANAGER SHOULD BE. GORDEN IS STRICT, BUT KIND. DEMANDING, BUT UNDERSTANDING. HE EXPECTS A LOT FROM US, BUT HE ALSO GIVES US A LOT IN RETURN. HE CHALLENGES US BECAUSE HE SEES POTENTIAL IN US, EVEN WHEN WE MAY NOT SEE IT IN OURSELVES. HIS HIGH EXPECTATIONS PUSH US TO GROW, WORK HARDER, AND BECOME BETTER. HE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO LISTEN, GUIDE US, HELP US, AND STAND BEHIND HIS TEAM WHEN WE NEED HIM. WE ARE VERY THANKFUL AND FORTUNATE TO HAVE HIM AS OUR BOSS AND HOPE TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH HIM FOR MANY MORE YEARS. I HAVE BEEN WITH THE GIC TEAM FOR 32 YEARS AND BY FAR HE IS THE BEST MANAGER I HAVE WORKED FOR. I ENJOY COMING TO WORK EVERY DAY BECAUSE WE HAVE FUN HERE IN DALLAS WITH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. WE THANK HIM FOR BELIEVING IN US, PUSHING US, TEACHING US, AND NEVER SETTLING FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN OUR BEST.
