K-FLEX INSUL-SHEET with PSA (Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive, factory applied) is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric sheet insulation product used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on large pipes, ducts (covers), vessels, tanks and equipment. The product’s closed-cell structure creates exceptional thermal properties (k-value of 0.245 at 75°F and wvt of 0.03 perm-in) that protect against moisture penetration and heat loss or gain within a -40°F to 200°F temperature range.

Product Description

K-FLEX INSUL-SHEET with PSA is available in 36″ x 48″ sheets or 48″ wide rolls up to 1-1/2″ thick. It is non-porous, non-fibrous and resists mold, fungal and bacterial growth. For added protection, it is protected with an EPA-approved antimicrobial agent.

An easy-to-clean and uniquely tough protective skin on one side of the product provides a better surface to resist moisture and dirt. A pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) with reinforced scrim release liner on the other side reduces installation time and costs.

K-FLEX INSUL-SHEET with PSA is GREENGUARD certified under the Children and Schools classification, is approved through supervision by the Factory Mutual Research Corporation, and is 25/50-rated when tested to ASTM E 84 standards.
