““MARCUS STARTED HERE OVER TWO YEARS AGO AS A TEMP WORKER. HE LIVES IN THE BRONX AND TAKES THE TRAIN 2 HOURS EACH WAY. INCREDIBLY, HE IS RARELY LATE AND OFTEN EARLY. HE DOESN’T WAIT FOR INSTRUCTION AND IS OFTEN WORKING ALONE IN THE WAREHOUSE SWEEPING, THROWING OUT GARBAGE, PULLING PICK UPS, UNLOADING TRUCKS. HE DOES IT ALL. WE CAN’T IMAGINE THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT HIM. HE DOES THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT ALWAYS PALATABLE AND DOES IT WELL AND COMPLETE. HE’S A TEAM PLAYER WHO WILL DO WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE WITHOUT BEING ASKED, EVEN SOME OF THE JOBS THAT NO ONE ELSE WANTS TO DO, HE DOES IT WITH ENTHUSIASM. HE ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND OUTLOOK. MARCUS IS A VERY HARD WORKER. HE UNLOADS TRUCKS BY HIMSELF AND ALWAYS KEEPS THE WAREHOUSE CLEAN. MARCUS WILL DO WHATEVER IS ASKED OF HIM FOR GIC”“
