“ANTHONY IS ALWAYS WILLING TO TAKE ON RESPONSIBILITIES OUTSIDE OF THE STANDARD INSIDE SALES ROLE. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY DAYS WHEN HE HAS PULLED ORDERS IN THE WAREHOUSE, MADE DELIVERIES IN OUR SPRINTER VAN, AND CONSISTENTLY PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHETHER INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE. ANTHONY HAS ALSO STEPPED-UP DURING TIMES WHEN THE BRANCH WAS SHORT-HANDED FOR VARIOUS REASONS, DOING HIS BEST TO WEAR MULTIPLE HATS AND ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS REMAINED WELL TAKEN CARE OF. IN THE PAST, ANTHONY HAS TAKEN ON THE CHALLENGE OF GENERATING WARM LEADS FROM DORMANT AND NEW ACCOUNTS, AS WELL AS MAKING COLD CALLS TO CUSTOMERS WHO NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH US OR MAY NOT BE FAMILIAR WITH THE GENERAL INSULATION NAME. THESE EFFORTS HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO OUR OUTSIDE SALES TEAM, ESPECIALLY IN A TERRITORY WHERE OUR OUTSIDE SALES PRESENCE HAS BEEN LIMITED OVER THE PAST FOUR TO FIVE YEARS.WE CANNOT THANK ANTHONY ENOUGH FOR HIS DEDICATION, FLEXIBILITY, AND COMMITMENT TO GENERAL INSULATION COMPANY.
