“ANDRE IS A GREAT MANAGER; HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT HE MEETS THE NEEDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS. WHETHER IT’S COMING IN EARLY OR LEAVING LATE, MAKING OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY IS HIS PRIMARY GOAL. HE IS SOMEONE THAT KNOWS SO MUCH ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS THAT IT’S UNBELIEVABLE. EVEN WHEN WE ARE BUSY, ANDRE ALWAYS FINDS A WAY TO GET HIS JOB DONE AND MAKES US LAUGH IN THE PROCESS. HE IS COMMITTED TO GENERAL INSULATION, OUR CUSTOMERS, AND OUR TEAM. FOR THESE REASONS AND MANY MORE, ANDRE IS A CORE MEMBER OF THE DALLAS BRANCH. DRE HAS BEEN WITH GIC FOR 27 YEARS. HE HAS RISEN THROUGH THE RANKS STARTING IN THE WAREHOUSE WHEN HE WAS 18 YEARS OLD, PROMOTED TO DRIVER, AND IS NOW OUR WAREHOUSE MANAGER. I OFTEN TELL PEOPLE HOW LUCKY WE ARE TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE DRE ON OUR TEAM. HE IS EXTREMELY DEDICATED TO HIS CRAFT AND IS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMER BUT THE PEOPLE ON HIS OWN TEAM, CONSISTENTLY PUTTING OTHERS BEFORE HIMSELF. I DON’T KNOW HOW HE DOES IT BUT HE SOMEHOW SEEMS TO SCHEDULE EVERY DELIVERY FOR EXACTLY THE TIME THE CUSTOMER NEEDS IT. HE ALSO COMES IN EARLY AND WILL STAY LATE TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS. I COULD HONESTLY WRITE A BOOK WHERE DRE PUTS OTHERS BEFORE HIMSELF FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE TEAM.”
