Operations Analyst (GIC01)

Location: Medford, MA and 20% domestic travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Position Title: Operations Analyst (GIC01)

Job Description:
Monitor, create, and publish reports and metrics across multiple departments. Track and manage the screening of clients through operational reports. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports. Review reports for accuracy and completeness. Perform statistical analysis. Identify trends in consumer lifestyle and technology. Conduct customer focus groups and analyze/synthesize findings. Scan business/industry trends and analyze consumer data. Provide customers with specialized information from a variety of resources. Facilitate workout problem- solving sessions with multiple groups of people. Work with various technologies such as Microsoft BI and Epicor ERP. Multiple Positions Available.

Job Requirements:
Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. The occupation will require 20% domestic travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long- and short-term assignments at client sites. No international travel is required.
