To our valued and loyal customers,

The last year has proven to be challenging for everyone around the world and forced us all to work and live our lives differently. We have all had to change the way we conduct business (i.e. Zoom & Teams Meetings) and work harder in order to get our jobs done.

For over 55 years, Gripnail has strived to produce high quality fasteners and equipment at fair prices for our customers in the HVAC Industry. We have tried to earn your business through our continued efforts to produce dependable products and our excellent service. 2020 has only made us stronger and more committed to continuing to provide you with what you have expected from Gripnail; excellent product and service.

However, due to inflated cost increases on raw materials (primarily steel) and freight, it has become necessary to have a price increase on some of our products. These price increases will go into effect as of April 1, 2021. The price increase by product is as follows:

• GRIPNAIL® Mechanical Fasteners – 5% increase
• Resistance Weld Pins (PowerPoint & Flat Cap)– 5% increase
• CD Weld Pins and Insulation Hangers – 10% increase

We appreciate your continued support of Gripnail and understanding in having to implement this price increase. A notice will be sent at a later date with the updated price sheet, terms and conditions.
