IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE – March 7, 2022.
To our valued Touch ‘N Seal foam customers,
Please see the attached letter outlining significant price increases for all DAP foam products which will take effect April 4, 2022. Due to continued restriction and supply allocation of several key materials and the outlook for inflationary driven increases, which have been absorbed and escalated over the past several months this pricing adjustment action is imperative.
Based on our current back log and desire to produce and ship as much of this product as possible, I am requesting that no orders be placed for Touch ‘N Seal foam products for the remainder of the month of March. Please note the following:
- All product on order that is shipped by end of day April 1, 2022, will be invoiced as ordered.
- All products still on order after that date will be invoiced at the new April 4th pricing.
- Updated price sheets will be provided to all customers within the next 5 business days.
It is our intent to create a more efficient flow of production and delivery lead times to meet customer demand, while remaining price competitive, without sacrificing service and support levels.
