ITW Insulation Systems Multi-Fit elbow covers are made in two matching halves, and are available in 13 different sizes to fit 111 combinations of pipes sizes to cover and weatherproof insulated 90° elbows along pipelines. Multi-Fit elbow covers are manufactured from 1100 aluminum alloy in .024" thickness. A clear coating is applied to the outside for corrosion protection and a colored moisture barrier coating is applied to the interior to resist electrolytic decomposition.

ITW Insulation System's Multi-Fit elbow covers are made in two matching halves, and are applied over or under pipeline jacketing to shed water. For hot piping, Multi-Fit's should be applied using stainless steel screws or rivets spaced approximately 3" apart. The first screw on the elbow heel and throat must be started in the middle. Then, work from the center to the ends. Strapping is recommened for cold pipe application, with overlaps being caulked with joint sealants.
