ITW's Pab-Bands (Pabco) or Fabstraps (Childers) are factory fabricated strapping with wing seals attached.  The strapping is of specific lengths as required, and is supplied in ready-to-use units. They are used to secure field applied jacketing and/or insulation in place.

Fabstraps are manufactured in .020" thickness from type 300 Series Stainless Steel and from aluminum alloys conforming to ASTM B-209 designation. Packaged in bundles of 25, and easily identifiable as to size, Fabstraps take the guesswork out of holding jacketing or insulation securely in place. They eliminate overcut or undercut lengths, coil ends, seals being discarded, and field waste loss.

Pab-Bands (Pabco) or Fabstraps (Childers) are available in 1/2" and 3/4" widths. The wing seals are .032" in thickness.
