As of the new fiscal year, Victor Conceicao and Katy Hurst have been promoted to Operations Managers in their respective branches. This is as a result of General’s new corporate structure.

Victor was born in Lisbon, Portugal. He has been in the insulation industry for 24 years, and has been with General Insulation since October 2007. On October 1, 2008, Victor accepted the position of Operations Manager in GIC’s Malden location. Victor is a graduate of Somerville High School, and currently lives in Somerville with his wife and two sons.

Katy began her General journey in Dallas 1991 shortly after its opening. Since that time, Katy has basically been doing anything and everything that needed to be done, and as new employees joined the Dallas team, Katy helped train them in to perform up to GIC standards. As of October 1^st, Katy has accepted the position of Operations Manager for the Dallas Branch. Katy met her husband at Stephen F. Austin State University where she received her degree in Forestry. She and her husband have two sons, both of whom have worked at General on their breaks from college.
