General Insulation is pleased to announce that Stephen Shore has become the General Manager of the Harlingen, Texas location. Stephen graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont with a triple major in computer science, mathematics, and economics. Stephen played football at Middlebury for three years, until an injury prematurely ended his athletic career. Stephen spent two years traveling the world before returning to finish college.

Stephen’s career began as a commodity trader in Miami, until the recession caused his employer to shut its doors. Next on his journey, Stephen moved to Cancun, Mexico to work for an investment firm for a year. After his work visa expired, Stephen spent time in Florida and southern California working for a third party logistics provider. Eventually the recession also caused that company to shut its doors.

In search of stability, Stephen moved to Boston in attempt to work for General Insulation. After a brief training program, Stephen was offered a General Manager position in Texas. Stephen’s diverse professional and personal history will help him in his new position.

In his spare time, Stephen loves golfing, football, and spending time with his family and his dog.
