General Insulation would like to announce the new Operations Manager for the Boston, Massachusetts branch. Starting in early January, Frank Granara, Jr. will take over as Operations Manager.

After graduating from Middlebury College in 2008, Frank worked in the insulation industry in Milan, Italy for six months and then Shanghai, China for six months.  After gaining fundamental international industry skills, Frank returned to the United States to work for General Insulation full time.

Frank began working for General Insulation full time in the summer of 2009 in the Long Island City location. Frank was an inside sales representative, and over the course of the year, he gained a vast understanding of both the industry and the function and procedures of an individual branch, as well as the individual branch’s role in the General Insulation family.

Frank’s experiences in Long Island City prepared him for a new role as Operations Manager in the Boston area.
