As of February 1, 2009, General Insulation Company opened the doors to two new operations. Branch 36 will operate out of Hyattsville, Maryland serving the area of Maryland between Washington, DC and Baltimore. Branch 37 will be serving the Las Vegas, Nevada region.

This new branch joins Regional Vice President Rick McMullen’s territory and will be run by Branch Manager Bill Boone. Bill was born and raised in the Baltimore, Maryland area. He attended the University of Maryland at Balto County, graduating with a degree in Sociology. In Bill’s past, he was worked for another insulation distributor, BWI Supply, for 20 years. In July 2008, Bill joined General Insulation and is now the Branch Manager for one of GIC’s newest locations. Bill has been married for over 24 years and has two teenaged children. Bill’s hobbies include fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and taking any bet Scott Campbell will give him.

This new location will be in Regional Vice President Mark Snodgrass’s territory and will be under the operation of Branch Manager Quinn Densley. Insulation has always been a part of Quinn’s life. His father and uncle owned an insulation company in Utah, and from the age of 16 until his graduation from college Quinn installed insulation. Quinn graduated from Utah Valley State College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. Quinn moved to Arizona to take part of Masco Corporation’s Manager-In-Training program for two years at Gale Building Products. Later, Quinn moved to Las Vegas as Assistant General Manager and later became Division Manager for Central Valley Insulation. Now, Quinn will be running GIC’s branch 37. He currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife and three children.
