As General Insulation continues to grow, the company corporate structure is also constantly evolving. On January 3, 2011, Cristina Medico will become the Director of Human Resources in the corporate office.

Cristina grew up in Hanover, Massachusetts and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bridgewater State College. After her undergraduate studies, Cristina went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College.

Cristina’s professional career began at the South Shore YMCA in Hanover, Massachusetts as the Director of Membership. When Cristina left the YMCA, she began to work for General Insulation as an Outside Sales Representative in the Carteret, New Jersey location. Soon after, Cristina was offered the chance to train for nine months at Pinnacle Airlines in Memphis, Tennessee, where she learned the many facets of Human Resources. Cristina finishes training in December, and as of January 3, 2011, she will be the Director of Human Resources for General Insulation.

In her spare time, Cristina enjoys golfing, running, yoga, and cross country skiing.
