One of the successes of the GM meeting in Dallas last month has been the implementation of a “culture committee.” The team’s main function will be to work with each other to help formulate and advise General Employees on various issues. The team will help set certain policies and “best” practices within General to ensure that each branch is operating within the same guidelines.
