General Insulation is please to announce that two people are about to embark upon new adventures at the company.

Bill Daniels, a loyal GIC employee, has been promoted to the position of Operations Manager at the Carteret, New Jersey branch.  Bill has been in the insulation distribution side of business for 14 years--9 of which have been with General Insulation.  Bill holds a Bachelors of Science in Mineral Process Engineering from West Virginia University.  He spend 15 years in contracting working as an estimator, project engineer, and project manager for both Union and Merit shop insulation, asbestos, and lead abatement contractors.  In his free time, Bill enjoys boating, saltwater fishing, and horology.  Bill is 22-years-married and has two sons currently in college.

Richard Kologe has been named the General Manager of the Tampa, Florida location.  Rich has a degree in business management from the State University of New York Plattsburgh campus.  Rich began his career as a commodity trader on Wall Street, and after 6 years he moved to Boca Raton, Florida and opened his own commodity brokerage firm, Liberty Futures.  After meeting his wife, Rich moved to Atlanta to continue working in finance.  However, he began working for a small floor company owned by his father-in-law.  Taking part of the building boom in Atlanta, Rich helped grow the flooring company in the commercial and residential industries.  Rich has now become part of the GIC team as the GM in Tampa, Florida.  Rich is married and has two children and one step son. He enjoys boating, four wheeling, golfing, the NY Yankees, and the NY Giants in his free time.
